Numbing
A lot of clients ask us, "Does it hurt?" The answer is: nope! Most clients do not complain about any pain, and some even fall asleep during the process!
The Interview
We'll interview you about your makeup routine and lifestyle. Many clients have over-plucked in the past and want a return to their signature look. We'll work with you to customise your perfect brow.
Mapping
We sketch your new eyebrows directly on your face. We'll ask you to smile, laugh, and make different facial expressions to find the perfect colour and shape just for your face.
Procedure
Once your eyebrows are numb, we begin the treatment. This takes approximately one hour.
The Big Reveal
This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship between you and your new eyebrows. No more stressful morning maintenance — just perfect brows every day, rain or shine!
After You Leave
Days 1–3
Keep brows completely dry and avoid touching or rubbing. Light redness and minor swelling is normal. Brows will look very dark and bold — this softens significantly as healing progresses.
Days 4–10
Light scabbing and flaking begins. Apply a rice-grain amount of healing ointment twice daily. Do not pick or peel — this pulls pigment and directly affects your result.
Day 14
Scabbing completes. Brows will appear 40–60% lighter than expected — this is completely normal as pigment settles into the deeper skin layers.
Days 28–42
The true colour fully emerges. This is the point to accurately assess your results and confirm whether a touch-up is needed.
6 weeks
Your touch-up window. A follow-up session locks in the final shape, fills any uneven patches, and perfects the result for long-lasting wear.

Pick or peel scabs
Pulling at healing skin removes pigment and leaves permanent patchy gaps in your brows.
Get brows wet for 7 days
Water softens scabs before pigment bonds — causing it to lift and fade unevenly.
Apply too much ointment
Excess product suffocates the skin and delays healing. A rice-grain amount twice daily is all you need.
Exercise heavily for 2 weeks
Sweat introduces bacteria to the healing area and causes premature pigment fading.
Expose to direct sun
UV breaks down pigment rapidly. Always apply SPF once the skin is fully healed.
